Realising the Transient Response of a Capacitor
Whenever we apply a dc voltage to the capacitor, it gets charged. Genreally we know that in steady state, the capacitor doesn’t allow the dc current, but during transient time (during which the capacitor keeps on charging) a current flows which is not constant but varies with time.
