The aim of this kit wireless control DC motor is to use design and construct a user friendly module that can be used that can be used to control the direction and speed of the DC motor based on touch screen technology. There is wireless control that is the motor end is at remote location. The wireless technique used here is RF communication. The project consists of the following stages: first the use of touch screen, reading the touch screen press through controller and generating proper output signals which will be transmitted over RF channel. The transmitted data is received by the RF receiver and fed to the controller which then on its basis generate signal for driving the motor properly for proper direction and speed and finally displaying the data on the 16×2 LCD.
This kit wireless control DC motor is based on touch screen system which will be divided into section for different inputs as per required for the user. According to section touched the controller checks the input and generate signal that is wirelessly transmitted to remote RF receiver. The receiver gives the signal to the controller and the control generates the proper output to drive the motors and display the data on LCD.
Since the motors are high current devices this cannot be controlled directly interfaced to the controller. So in order to control proper current, voltage and direction we have used motor driver L293D.The controller check the input and generate the output events as per program (refer the programming file). The outputs through the microcontroller in this project are proper display on LCD of the information (receiver). Proper LCD display is ensured through programming and the LCD interface design. Secondly, generate signal to control signals for the motor driver to drive the motors. The motor used here for representation is DC geared motor. At transmitter generate proper signal to be transmitted.
